OM OriginMark

Terms of service

Last updated: 30 April 2026 · v0.1 draft

By using OriginMark you agree to these terms. This is a draft published with the public preview; the final terms will be posted before billing opens.

1. The service

OriginMark generates cryptographic timestamp certificates. We do not store your files; we store SHA-256 hashes plus the metadata you provide.

2. Your content, your rights

You retain all rights to your work. We never claim ownership. We never share your hashes or metadata with third parties except as legally required.

3. What a certificate proves

A certificate proves that a specific hash existed at a specific moment in time. It does not, by itself, establish authorship, copyright, or trademark rights — those flow from law and other evidence.

4. Refunds

Free certificates have no refund. Paid certificates are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the certificate has not been verified by a third party.

5. Disputes & jurisdiction

Slovenian law governs. Disputes go before the courts of Ljubljana unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
